Face lifting (rhytidectomy)

A surgical procedure that lifts the facial muscles, removes excess skin and removes stronger wrinkles on the face. The age that is considered suitable for performing this operation in the largest number of people is after 40 years of age. The first and most noticeable sign of a sagging face is the loss of a clear line of the skin of the lower jaw, followed by the formation of a pillow and underarm, as well as the loss of a firm border between the lower jaw and the neck. The next sign is the deepening of the nasolabial folds (the folds between the nose and the corners of the lips) and the lowering of the corners of the lips. A greater or lesser number of face and neck wrinkles is a sure sign that it is time for a facelift. The durability of face-lifting depends on the operative technique as well as the individual characteristics of the patient (age, quality of the skin and subcutaneous tissue). At the so-called SMAS-face lifting, muscle reinsertion and lifting is performed, not just removal of excess skin.
In this way, we can rejuvenate a person for a minimum of ten years with a longer-lasting effect. The scars are placed in the part of the hair above the earlobes, where the paralytic ones are not visible, then in front of the earlobe in the existing crease, and in the canal behind the ear. After 3-6 months, the scars are minimally visible and do not represent an aesthetic problem. The operation is performed under general anesthesia and requires 2 days of hospitalization. The bandage is worn for about 3-4 days, after which a special elastic mask is put on. Sutures are removed around the 12th day after surgery. We usually combine face lifting with skin tightening of the forehead, eyelids and neck.

Neck-lift

It involves removing excess skin and tightening it on the neck. It can be combined with liposuction. It is performed as an independent intervention or as part of a face-lift. Recently, so-called partial facelifts, combined facelifts, subperiosteal lifts, etc., are often performed. After removing the threads, appropriate facial massages and the application of anti-scar cream are recommended. Complications: they are very rare, but it should be pointed out the possibility of bruising, stronger swelling, less deterioration of the skin, weaker feeling on the face for up to three months, stronger scars, etc. In the most severe cases, facial nerve injuries. Tip: It is a complex surgical intervention, so extensive surgical experience is necessary.

Correction of warts

Nipple correction (nipple - areola complex) represents a very important anatomical and functional part of the entire breast. Accordingly, it plays an important role in terms of aesthetic appearance, but also functionality because it is an inseparable part of the breastfeeding system, i.e. lactation. It also has a sensory and tactile role, playing an important role as far as a woman's confidence is concerned. When it comes to breast corrections, special importance is attached to nipple correction. From the anamnesis, we get information about when the nipple became indented and whether it is associated with certain pathological conditions. After all the searches are done, the operational plan is accessed, where marking, drawing and marking are done. Unilateral correction means that we correct only one wart, while bilateral means that the correction applies to both warts. Surgical techniques are determined by the surgeon and his team. The operation itself is successfully completed after the correction of this essential complex, by suturing, i.e. fixation with surgical sutures. This is followed by the application of local antibiotic ointments, which have a protective role and additionally hydrate the skin to prevent excessive drying and dehydration. Systemic antibiotics and painkillers are given as needed. The postoperative period is relatively painless and after a short time the patient can return to her daily activities without too much effort and strain and with a prescribed hygienic and dietary regimen.

Stomach-abdomen

Dermolipectomy involves the surgical removal of skin and subcutaneous tissue to the extent and extent required by the patient's condition, without endangering his general health. This is often the only choice for patients who suddenly lose their weight, which can be up to 30 kg. diet or after several pregnancies. Then the skin loses its tone and elasticity, so that it can no longer return to its original state.
Abdominoplasty also includes correction of the front abdominal wall, i.e. strengthening of the musculature, especially where there is a separation (diastasis) of these muscles or in the presence of smaller abdominal hernias. (pictured is a large abdominal ventral hernia) The operation is usually performed under general anesthesia. It can also be combined with liposuction in the area of the thighs, thighs, knees and buttocks. The biggest disadvantage of this operation is a rather large scar that remains after the operation. This scar is placed in the place where it is least visible, ie. in the so-called suprapubic region, so that when wearing a swimsuit, that scar is completely covered. The patient stays in the hospital for 24 hours. It is mandatory to wear a suitable bra for the first 2 weeks, when the sutures are approximately removed. After removing the sutures, the treatment of the scar begins, which eventually becomes softer and less conspicuous. The aesthetic results are excellent.

Thighs-upper legs

Loose skin on the upper legs after liposuction, especially after severe weight loss, must be reduced and tightened. This is done through incisions in the groin from the front and back under the glutes. The remaining scars are slightly visible, but they can also go down towards the upper legs. They are easy to hide. In the most severe cases, an incision is also made along the inner thigh when the skin is raised and tightened circumferentially. The operation lasts up to 2 hours and involves total or spinal anesthesia. Miders must be worn for up to one month.

Buttock

REDUCTION- Liposuction is a procedure that can reduce and shape the buttocks. Of course, it is often done in the thigh and lumbar region reduction procedure.
LIFTING AND ENLARGING THE BUTT- With this procedure, we lift the hanging buttocks, and if the situation requires it, we also increase it (for flat and small ones) with appropriate gluteal implants. These implants are produced in different sizes and have different profiles. The technique itself is specific, requiring a good selection of instruments and good surgical experience. Cuts are usually in hidden places and become less noticeable over time. It is performed under general or spinal anesthesia and lasts about 1 hour. It is necessary to behave postoperatively according to the surgeon's advice in terms of sitting, massage and the like. Another procedure we often use is buttock augmentation with our own fat tissue taken from those regions where it is in excess. The disadvantage of this technique is that we usually do not have enough fatty tissue and a large part is resorbed regardless of good preparation. Of course, that is also individual. Resorption is from 30 to 70%. In the case of sagging buttocks and in people who have lost a lot of weight, the right procedure is autoaugmentation and enlargement of the buttocks. With this technique, the butt is lifted, tightened and remodeled. The disadvantage is that the incisions are quite large and often very visible, but they are easy to hide.

Lower legs

Thickening of the shins is most often done when there are minor or major deformities of the shins, whether they are caused by some trauma and disease or it is a congenital deformity such as the so-called "O" legs. The implants used can be oval or anatomical in shape and are produced in different sizes. The procedure can be performed under spinal or general anesthesia and lasts about 40 minutes. The incisions are about 2.5 cm long and are located in an inconspicuous area in the lower leg. After surgery, patients must wear elastic stockings, and the sutures are removed around 10 postoperative days. Postoperative pain is of moderate intensity, which can be controlled with oral analgesics. Over time, these pains weaken, and the patient can return to daily activities in 10-12 days. The effects after inserting these implants are permanent.

Botox therapy

An extraordinary way to prevent excessive sweating of armpits, palms or soles for at least 6 months. It is done by injecting the prepared BOTOXA preparation into precisely predicted points in the appropriate amount of units. The result is expected in 3-4 days and the maximum is in about 2 weeks. In the World and Europe, BOTOX is also used for aesthetic purposes for correction of forehead wrinkles, the region between the eyes, small wrinkles around the eyes and sometimes on the face and neck. It is completely harmless when given according to the correct procedure, and it is intended to be initiated only by doctors. The picture shows the underarm region with a large number of sweat glands. The goal is to reduce excessive sweating.
